HIGHER EXPECTATIONS is the first in a series of shorts named the CTA Stories. The CTA stories is a series of films about moments. Different occurances or altercations that have taken place in Chicago’s subway. Each film re enacts a unique moment witnessed by someone. The purpose of this series is to show that there are things we dont notice in our everyday lives that have more meaning than what we might think. Simple actions like the ones in this series may be actions that we take more often than we think.
